Birth Doula Support

As your doula I will support you and your partner emotionally and physically through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My packages include prenatal visits where we customize an approach to best prepare you for labor emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I provide informational support to you along the way. We will discuss comfort measures, labor techniques,and create a birth plan. I will attend your birth and provide in-person  hands-on support in the way that best suits yours and your family's needs. My goal is that you have a healthy, safe, and satisfying birth.
